Production & Processing Time

  • Standard Orders: Please allow [X] to [X] business days for our team to source, engrave, and hand-check your awards before they are shipped.

  • Large or Bulk Orders: Orders of [X] units or more may require additional lead time. Our team will contact you with an estimated shipping date once your order is placed.

  • Rush Processing: If you have a firm deadline, please contact us before ordering to discuss expedited production options.

Shipping Methods & Transit Times

Once your order leaves our facility, transit time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout:

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is hand-checked and securely packaged, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the carrier to update the tracking status.

Safe Delivery Guarantee

We take great pride in our packaging to ensure fragile materials like glass and crystal arrive in perfect condition.

  • Damaged in Transit: In the rare event that an item arrives broken, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Proof of Damage: Please keep all original packaging and provide photos of the damage so we can expedite a replacement for you.

Shipping Destinations & P.O. Boxes

To ensure secure delivery and professional handling, we recommend shipping to a physical street address. Some expedited carriers may have restrictions regarding delivery to P.O. Boxes.


Important Note for Event Planning

We highly recommend placing your order at least 4 weeks before your scheduled event or presentation ceremony. This allows ample time for our expert crafting process and any potential carrier delays.
