Our typical turnaround time is 5 to 7 business days after you approve your design proof. During peak seasons (like graduation or end-of-year sports banquets), it may take slightly longer. If you have a tight deadline, please let us know—we can often accommodate rush orders!
Absolutely. We provide a design proof for every custom order. We won’t start the engraving process until you have reviewed the layout and given us the “thumbs up” on spelling and design.
No! Whether you need one personalized gift or 500 trophies for a regional tournament, we are happy to help.
For the cleanest, sharpest engraving, vector files are best (formats like .AI, .EPS, or .SVG). We can also work with high-resolution .PDF, .JPG, or .PNG files. If your artwork needs a little “cleanup” to make it laser-ready, our team can usually assist.
Acrylic: Lightweight and shatter-resistant. It’s perfect for shipping and offers great clarity at a lower price point.
Glass: Offers a classic, professional look with a bit more weight than acrylic.
Crystal: The “gold standard.” It is heavier, has a higher lead content that creates a brilliant sparkle, and is typically used for top-tier executive awards.
